How to unlock all R6 skins for free:
Download the given file below to
completely close R6 and also close your UPLAY or Steam.
Go to File Explorer and then in your r6 installation directory.
(Drive) \ Ubisoft \ UbisoftGameLauncher \ savegames \ (numbers)
Enter "635" or "1843" and delete (or back up) the save named "1.save", and then save your download to it. (You don't have to care about "1.save.upload")
Open your Uplay client, click the three lines in the upper left corner, go to settings, and uncheck "Enable cloud save synchronization for supported games"
This is important, otherwise It will be synchronized from the server again, you have to perform the whole process again.
Finally, restart your Uplay and continue to run Siege. Now, you should equip each operator with a headdress, tights, and weapon skin.
Check all hard drives to see if there are other directories, most people put the file in the wrong directory.
Still not working? Delete all saved games and perform the process again to ensure that automatic synchronization is turned off.
